does anyone know how to do the stomach wave? i've seen rice's friend do it on the talent show and in one of his battles. i read the talent show thread and apparently it's salah's move to. anyone know how to do it? it's frickin driving me crazy!

Think of it as a wave lol I duno I guess Suck in the upper part and let the lower part go then Suck in the Lower part and let the upper part go ......Hell I dont kno ask Rice's freind.

its called the Solar Plexus flex... he discovered it when he was little.

Most of us dont flex it, so its hard to do

dude ok, u ahve to not be overweight, so that your waves will be excentuated more. All you have to do is use your totally ripepd abs, just playing, jsut use ur abs in ascociation with sucking in different parts of ur gut. I just tried it, and I got it, however I gota shed a few pounds :P. ROFL, but yeah try it out man in front of a mirror, just like get ur abs somehwat strong man.

haha i'm feeling pop4thought here.

although yes i am overweight, i can do the stomach wave a little.
it helps if you've got good abs, whether they are visible as 6-packs or not.

it helps to do sit-ups or crunches religiously, so as to train the strength of the "inner wall" of the stomach cos that's what matters.

some believe it to be the "expanding" of the diaphragm.
for me, you dont even have to suck your stomach in.

i may be wrong but this is how i get my upper half of my abs to stick out is to "channel air" into the stomach instead of straight into your lungs. you'll notice that the upper part of your stomach begins to expand. try to make that exagerrate that "action". you'll begin to feel a stretch in that area.

next, try to reverse that feeling and then push the "air" downwards by gradually sucking in your stomach. naturally you would begin by sucking in the top, followed by the bottom.

it may not work for everyone though, but do give it a shot i guess. haha.

haha i moved on past the stomach wave. talked to rice about it, it is kinda biting and i couldn't find out how to do it. but thanks for all the tips, i mite give it a try, but first i need to define my abs! like i said, i've moved on to something more innovative and not done before.......A BACK WAVE! lol peace guys

uh u could just arch ur back and stuff, u do it when u body wave anyway lol, bu it u mean like lifting ur shirt and like makeing eac segment of ur ertebral column moving....i dont think thats possible and u would proly pinch the nerves trying ROFL
