i found out how to do it but idk it hurts me like hell i jus thought it was some shit i could show off 2 pick up girls when i learned how to do it lol ill try and explain the way i do it gl reading
u kno the spot right below your ribs where they start to separate....try and tighten just that part of your abs. if you do it right it should go inward while the rest of your belly stays out. then try and tighten the middle and when that happens, the rest of it will go out lol. then jus suck in the lower part of yourbelly while trying to push out the rest. i dont think its much of a muscle thing, i think its more concentration that anything cuz my abs or not toned or anything

Stomach waves aren't actually a hidden talent...all it takes is a few months of practice looking in the mirror. The easiest way to start is by putting one hand on the top of your stomach (right below your rib cage), and the other on your lower abs, right around your belly button. Practice flexing (not sucking in) your upper abs by themselves. Try doing just your lower abs. Then try and alternate. By placing your hands on your stomache, you'll be able to feel the movement and make sure your doing it in the right place. Just to reiterate, don't use your breath to move your stomache, use your muscles - this will give you a lot more flexibility later. After you get good at isolating your upper and lower abs try slowly transitioning between the two, to create the wave. You can do this both up and down. The chest and hips can be added into the wave too, but it looks cool with just the stomache.

I'm workin on my stomach bloat like salah. After about 1 week of practice, i can now make it go out like, 1-2 cm further than b4 haha
