Saccin - 04-04-2005, 01:41 PM

I readed (i don't remember if it's irregular -.-) the saccin guide, but i cant figure it out if it is a walk or a "move" that i see sometimes.

this is what i understood:
a)
--- <- left
--- <-right

b)
---
...--- <- (...)= the motion

c)
...--- <- now parallel
---

d)
...---
---

e)
---
...--- <- like the start

so basically its parallel->1foot->2foot->parallel -> etc.

so if this is a walk, what is the move where you make the same thing skipping the parallel result, i mean you switch foot in the same place?

Visual Diagram:

.... <= Space Between from the starting position

Starting postion:
__ <= Left Foot
__ <= Right Foot

Step 2:
....__
__

Step 3:
__
__

Step 4:
__
....__

Step 5:
__
__

It a stationary move

"so if this is a walk, what is the move where you make the same thing skipping the parallel result, i mean you switch foot in the same place?"
Isnt that Saccin

A few definition that i use to describe dance in general

Dance: Movements done to portray the music.
Dance styles: Specific movements done to portray the music.
