Anyways Lets get to it.
I will write a guide for one way to do it but you can doit manu diferent ways.
1. get in starting position feet together standing straght up.Arms are down .
2.Arms come up to a shulder higth (keep them stleight)
3.Bend your arms downword at the albows.
4.turn your head 90 DS .
5.turn your body 90ds
6.your right knee will come up and your right foot will endap on your tow.
7. start turning your right leg keep your right foot on the tow
when your almost done turning 90DS start turning your left foot then when your turned 90 DS both of your feet should be on the floor
dats it
OTHER WAYS TO DO IT -you con Turn your head then reast of yor body including legs , Turn your torso first then legs then head
any ways you get the point

OTHER WAYS TO DO IT - You can turn your head first, then the rest of your body (including legs) after. Turn your torso first, then your legs, then your head.

basically, its disecting ur head, shoulders, and lower body to turn a certain amount of degrees.
first - (we'll turn to the right) look to the right ONLY using your head and neck
then turn ur shoulders to line up with ur head.
now step out to the right with ur right leg, and bring the rest of ur lower body (legs) to line up with the rest of ur head and shoulders.
hope that explains it clear enough.
so quickly, u twist ur head, ur shoulders/upper body, and then legs with a little step. u can do this various amounts of degrees, 90 looks best tho i think.
You look like a dick cause you haven't perfected it. Keep practicing it and you'll get it smooth. Its pretty simple to do it in a combo, may I suggest while doing it after an arm wave to a body wave then ticking then twist-o-flex. See how it works out, try anything man.
