hi...this is my first guide so dont hate plz =]

For arm waves....follow the following intructions

1.straighten both arms. start out with which ever arm that you are most comfortable with.

2.Bend you fingers. nothing else but your fingers.

3.Make a fist.

4.Bend you wrist. fingers are not bent.

5.Bend your elbow and wrist. make sure you fingers are pointing away from you. keep your at a 90 degress angle. make sure your shoulders are not lifted.

6.Straighten your arm and lift your shoulders. nothing is bent.

7.Lift your opposite shoulder. nothing is bent

8.Bend your elbow and wrist. make sure you fingers are pointing away from you. keep your at a 90 degress angle. make sure your shoulders are not lifted.

9.Straighten your arm but bend your wrist. fingers are straight and pointing to the ground.

10.Make a fist. keep your wrist staright pus eveything else.

11.Straighten your whole arm but bend your fingers.

12.Straighten your arm and everything else.

this is just a good technique to learn your arm waves. but for step 5 and 8, after you get use to it, you dont have to bend it at a 90 degree angle. it can be an obtuse angle. so yeah. thats my guide...i know its bad but its my first and the best i can do..

Pff. So many mods posted here and none of 'em moved this topic. Haha....I'm no exception. Lazyness takes over.

I agree with the fist not being that great...I dunno, whenever I try to do it, it makes the wave appear uneven as it passes through the wrist. Maybe I jus can't do it right. Haha.

Also, I'd jus like to add: This is a good beginning technique, but if you want to improve your armwaves, you eventually have to break each arm into 7 or 11 little 'bits' (I've heard it known as the 7/11 rule. 7 point waves have applications that 11 point waves don't work under, (IE double waves), but 11 point waves are more defined, and jus look better...so it's good to know both...but personally, I've yet to learn 11 point waves).

Peace.

Check out my first audio freestyle, and second audio.... Drop some feed, I'm still learnin'!
