this means that you didnt download the file properly.

you have to clear your internet cache and then download again.

i can't convert it into quicktime for you because if i do, i wont have anywhere to upload it to.

also, i doubt that writing out the guide into text form will be of any help because the guide requires visuals...

maybe i can try to e-mail the file to you?
