i recall someone in this thread asking about bending backwards, and he kinda inspired me to practise bending backwards, and i've been using it in my routines for abit, so i decided to take a video of it, along with some brief explanations on it.

i'm using a Panasonic DV camera...
it's a videocam, not a webcam.

also, i compress the file into the wmv format, you can learn how to do various types of compression at
VCDHelp.com .

mmm... all in all, i've been practising that move for exactly 5 weeks. yeah, 5 weeks ago on this day.

and yeah, i can do it without shoes, but it hurts more, because i've got flat feet so when i roll to the insides of my bare feet, they hurt more as i go lower. so i kinda made it a habit to try to practise that move or do that move (if you wanna call it a move?) when i'm wearing shoes.

B-Boy Alloy: mm my shoes are a pair of Adidas Attitude Hi's... just to let you know. i got them cheap off eBay. (i live in Singapore and those shoes cost a bomb here... almost as much as about USD$120)

Tight man! I thought I made up that move...I guess not. Anyways, here's a clip of my variation of it (Matrix style). I did it from 3 different angles for additional reference for those of you who want to learn how to do it.
