learn how to hit in different direction. Learn how to sync your hits in strength and timing.

I think people think they need big hits becuase its an attribute of poppin just as they should want cleaner dimestops and more isolated waves. Everyone should want to progress all aspects of their dance.
But yeah, to make your hits look better, dimestops can help because hits always look crisper when the body is not in motion. Also, isometric muscle tension can help with muscle control learning to contract and relax the muscles properly. Plus, having the drive to push yourself to hit harder is important, because really... To hit harder.. you're gonna have to keep pushing yourself to hit harder then you did before. |

When i first started I was hittin' with just my shoulders and this dude was like Yo, that's not hittin'..lol
But then when I got home later a boy of mine said hittin' is like when you get in a car accident and you tighten all your muscles before impact, and then just keep doing it when you want to.. I said ...Oh. OK |

Yeah, everything looks better when practicing in front of a mirror. Hook up a camera, and all good ends there. And yeah, after time your hits will improve. If you practice alot, I haven't lately, but I still see progression since last time.
