could someone tell me what this move is and how it's done?
and on another note, i'm trying to get down that leo lock, but it's wicked hard for me to get my elbows pointing directly forward. any tips on gaining the flexibility needed to do that move? |

I might be wrong here, but from watching the Lockers' footage on the Dick Van Dyke Special in the 1970s I guess the keep-a-runnin' is when you run like you are running on the spot with your arms and legs rapidly moving up and down.
when one of the the lockers did it, he did travel a bit forwards (but not as much as reflected by the speed of the arms and legs moving up and down), and running himself into a squating position, while holding his hat with both hands, before falling backwards onto his arse, and then lying flat on the ground, before doing a half-split to get up. |

for the leo locks you need to just keep stretching it....it takes time and it helps if you have added flexibility in the shoulders that is doiuble jointed but it can still be done
i try to make sure to keep my hands parallel to the ground and have the side of my hand where the pinky finger is rest just above my hips or along the rib cage |
