Depends on which hand, and whether it's going up or down, man.

So, now for the completely useless answer to your question!

right up: ccw
right down: cw
left up: cw
left down: ccw

I go both ways on one twirl, usually ccw and back cw with my left hand up, it's a simple concecpt but tough to explain with text.
I will make a brief instuctional video on how I roll my wrist.
I'll also see if I can copy a brief paper I wrote on a similar subject I theorized a few months ago. Give me a day or two.

Wait a second, you're in Toronto!? Hit up the Fantastic Poppers, they can show you how to roll your wrist. You know this.

No excuses my friend you have a great opportunity to learn from some of the best. That is if you are serious about learning. If I wanted to come over there Id have to spend 10 hours on a plane :P

yeah but you have to understand sometimes you dont really learn foundation until you meet other people who know their foundations

it used to take me an hour to get to the drop ins but i still did it...and it was definetely worth it

no one expects anything from anyone at the drop ins....serious people leave the ego at the door and jsut dance no matter what level each one teach one

I live an hour north of Los Angeles.

EVERYTHING is at least an hour's drive away. At the very least!
So do it if you love it. Who cares? If you want it, you'll make time for it.
