naw, the guy i was referring to said he was from outta state (east coast if i can recall) and was chatting to me in broken english/tagalog.

and if you saw me there, i was hella shitty, mostly repetitions of skeeter rabbits and scoobots; i was nervous and scared shitless locking in front of new school bboys who likely don't understand locking at all. as i found out firsthand, locking at a club for fun or in front of the mirror is nothing like locking in front people who can scrutinize your every move; the most notable differences being that i can feel cues in the music better at home, and i'm more willing to execute moves that are newer to me (i.e. backfront clap kneedrops, scoobers, hitch-hike etc.)
