KOBO 2009 Summary/Bracket

KOBO 2009 - King of BBoy.org 2009

This thread will be updated as the tourney continues, but for now here's the bracket. Battles were randomly selected and judges decisioKns are final. Reserves will take the place of any dropouts or dq's on a first post... first roast?... basis.

About KOBO:
KOBO is bboy.org's premier online tournament and is hosted every year for it's active members. Not only does the tournament provide a way from members from around the world to battle each other, it separates the best breakers of the site from the wannabe's.

Deadlines:
The tournament will start on February 15, 2009. The tourney will be in bracket form as it was in 2008.
The first round match-ups are posted below.
All videos must be posted by 11:59 EST on the deadline date. For conversions to your time zone, click here.

Judging:
There three judges. The bboy with the majority of votes wins. Judge's decisions are FINAL.

General Rules and Setup
Battles will be two rounds, except for the championship battle, which will be three rounds.
Rounds can be as long as you want.
No editing/splicing... opening titles and credits are not allowed. (if you feel the need to add something, put it in the body of your post or in the description on your movie page) Music can only be added if your camera does not record sound.
There will be no time extentions. NO EXCEPTIONS! I don't care if you have a test to study for, your dog ate your computer or your camera is broken. You will get about 5 days to post each video.
