What are you defining as an incomplete application? One lacking a video? In past years it was allowed and you wouldn't be counted until your video was posted but all parts of the rules are up to Sanders to decide as the person throwing KOBO.

battling bboy abstrak from skill methodz. hes going to be at united styles this comin weekend. i was intending on callin him out anyway. not cause i got anything against him hes a big inspiration to me but i like sharing that battling experience with them. im always callin out crazy people.
