its called a dragon coil and it really very simple
the basics of it is using a backspin kick but leaning back too much so you roll over your shoulder, i kick with my right leg and then roll over my right shoulder
then when you can do this, try kicking straight up with your legs and pushing up with your arms when you roll over you shoulder so that you land on your feet, that is basically a dragon coil there is probably tutorials on youtube but i havent looked
