My kick-ups (clip) Help wanted - 02-13-2005, 05:55 PM

Hiya! My second day trying kick-ups.. Would appreciate any suggestions on what i should do better

Should i roll longer back (knees over head) ?

Aight, heres the deal. They look real good as of now and if I were you I would go to no-handeds. If you want to make easier, don't kick up quite as vertically. Also, try to do the kip-up on the first rollback. It helps you build up consistancy and you're not gonna get a re-do in battles or circles - you just have to bust it out and hit it on the first try and that's how you should practice.
