Well if your doing everything right then all u need is more legs power. Because i got kip ups with no hands faster then with hands. I mean just keep building up leg power, ...and you push with ur arms as soon as you push up with your legs.
I take martial arts so its easier for me but any 1 can do it, plus it takes time. so keep practicing.
