anyways, with the right technique/practice, u think i can get the kip up?

lemme see if i have the technique right

2. when rollin forward, kick up at about 45 degree angle
3. push off with arms and hook the legs underneath u

how do u keep ur legs tight so u can kick and whip them down and inwards

cause when i kick its spastic and they feel loose so i dont have control

ok..........roll back..........when your on your back tuck legs in like your squatting but on your back. When starting to roll forward, extend and kick legs around 45 degrees or higher, push your arms aswell......when kicking stretch your back or basically stretch your whole body......when about to land bend legs down so you get to touch the floor quicker....................this is the best........actually i just can't be bothered to go into detail with this move......... just go and practice, i learnt it naturally without basically any practice........it just clicked into my mind.
