I learned kip-ups way before I started to break, maybe when I was 10 or 11 years old. (I'm 17 now, btw) I started off on a trampoline just to get the idea of it, and then worked on it off the ground. I got those down, and just got rubberbands the other night when I tried em.
*To anyone thinking of rubberbands.
1) Don't try on barely carpeted cement floors.
2) Helps to have a folded blanket underneath your head to start, that way when you suicide, you can do it without so much worry.
3) Jump back enough so you land -high- on your back, if you land on your ribcage, it'll suck a lot. Use your hands on your landing.
Divide the men from the boys see what makes them bitch
To watch lovin mothers struggle just to raise their kids
Soar my mind every time that I raise this fifth
And drink the bottle til it's hollow and it all makes sense
