i can do regular kik-ups but i been trying to add some style to it
wut i do is do a regular kik-up and while in the air i do a 180 turn and land in a baby freeze. Does that have a name^ i never seem any body do that before please comment on it |

r u sayin there's a name for the whole thing cuz i don't think it's a move. if u do a 180 in the air while doin kip-ups then it's just a 180 kip-up, and the baby freeze is another move.
ps- how do u turn 180 while doin a kip up? could u teach me?, i can do a regular kip up |

Hey guys... Talking about new moves... I do this strange "spinning kip-up" have you ever seen something like this??? There is a name to it???
