LOL, I'm seeing stars for a second so allow me to collect my thoughts LOL!! Yeesh that hurts. Alright, when I try this move, it seems my left leg gives away and my leg twist, that and my body upper body never gets that high up so I always ended up crashing to the ground. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong though heh. I'm gonna keep trying evenn if I knock myself out again but if someone could help me out, it will grealy appreciate it.

Try kicking up and diagonally. 1.Curl legs over your cheast making this >2.Kick ur legs diagonally 3.You need to throw your arms and upperbody/head up as hard as you can I hope this helps you. Practice it a lot and at the begining you may feel a bit of a strain on ur leg muscles. You also should push up with ur hands. I think that you are throughing ur upper body too early causing you to hit ur head on ur knee? Thats my guess, later.

okay, while your doing kip-up, your legs should go above your body, so, see yourself siiting on the ground, you rol back and put your hands down, and then kip-up

now the major mistake done with kip-ups is, people go like
he-hep and not like, hep hep

what I mena is, they goe from sitting to kip-up in a fluent movement, but you should acctually go from sitting to kip-up in to totally different movements, 1ste move, rol backwards 2nd move: kip-up

also, a lot of people don't use their hands, which is very important

I am great with kip ups because my parents put me in kung fu school so I was taugh to do no handed kip ups and handed kip ups. When u do the move you get on your back and your legs should be leaning over your chest and head so you should see your legs. When you do the move don't kick your legs up but swing them up because when you kick them you don't get as much power for the move as you should. While you kick up you also need to push up with your arms. That just to get the extra power to carry you to your feet. With the no handed one u do the same thing just all the power comes the swing of your legs and u also use your back and neck to help u just like using your arms except it is your back. I hope this will help
you can also got to www.goggle.com and seach for breakdance moves and that should give you a bunch of sites that can teach you moves and most of them come with clips too.

find a kip up guide.u gotta push and kick at the same time,or juz coordinate.concentrate not on kick up but away from ur butt.pz

When i was learning 2 do da kip-up i was puttin my hands down as if i was gonna do a backwards roll, but after i watched soe dude pull da kip-up off & realised he puts his hands wiv his palm facin down, i seemed 2 get more of a push wiv that.
