Hey, can someone tell me how you do 180 degree kip-ups? Kip up and land facing opp. direction. Would it be possible to do rubber bands doing 180 kip ups instead of regular ones?

Oi, 2 do 180s, u gotta do Kip-ups twisting ur legs and body hard 2 ur side. Actually, it can be possible 2 do 180 Rubber bandz, but u gotta practice damn hard. It involves doin a 180 kip-up, then landing on ur feet (opp direction), and then doin a 180 jump backwards and land in another kip-up. Neways its damn complicated so try doin it were ur really good at breakdance. Peace

About the 180's, how are you supposed to land? When I do regular kip ups I am langing in a crouched position. Is it the same with the 180's or do land in more of a standing position? Also, when do you actually begin the turn? Are your hands still on the ground or are you turning mid air? Could you maybe post a vid? Thanks.

wut i do is get a big pop to get good air and kik my legs high and hard leaning to the directon that i'm gona be rotating to and while kiking legs start to rotate them and push more from ur left
(or right hand depends which way ur turning)the key is speed
I can't land on my feet learning though but instead i land in babyfreeze.
u just have to practise alot and u will probalby get it.
if ur goin to do it don't think about it twice becaue it can casue u to stop doing the turn and enjure ur self. kind of like changing ur mind in the middle of doing a backflip.
Its hard to explain.

if u don't get it the first time try it some more but slowly
figure wut u want ur body to do slowly and hen try the actuall thing u have to know wut u want to do before u try it other wise ur body will be confuse and no respond the way u want it to.

hope u get it bacuse its not too popular and is badass move

that sounds cool, i think it's possible

my kipups are so fucking high, i mean i over do it like hell. i can try omega bombs, but if i make a mistake... ouchy ouch


once i get my rubberbands, ill try them

holy crap if u can do ur kip-ups high enough to do a omega bomb then you can probably do all the other variations of kip-ups with ease. and the 180 kip-ups r definitely possible. but u gota be damn good at breakin like Break Master A said, just read his reply.

Now doin a kip-up and a summersult, now THAT's just fuckin crazy!

omega bomb is a kip up but you kip up so hard, you do a suicide. there is no hand involved during the omegabomb

oops my bad.......genetic virus was right i looked it up and u r supposed to land in a suicide. but unless ur rly strong it helps to go into a handstand and spring off ur hands to land in a suicide. or u can just skip the handstand part....or so i read on the site.
