Mastered Kip-ups for awhile... but stuck with the no hand ones. Is there a different technique to it?

kick higher and a lot lot harder, don't think about falling, if you fall by no-handed kip-ups you are falling on your head/neck which is dif from your back

well yea lol, it's motivation to not think about falling
, if you fall it's nothing serious (unless on pavement or something) but you will still bump your head, so just explode. (yea first I tell you that you may fall on your head then I tell you to explode...) |
