Well ya The Subject Says it all.How Do you do Continues Kip Ups?
Im talkn about when you do the first kip up den u go back on your back and do it agian and agian. I can do a Kip up but i want to do a ontinue one, i try but when i land onmy back it hurts since i slam it.lol Do i use my hand?or what?
ok,it will hurt abit.u tokin bout rubberbands here eh??ok,when u do da first kip up,do not land standing up.lang like say half squatted.after that,u fall backwards on ur upper back,not too hard,and ur hands get in position when u fall back.then juz continue liddat until u wanna stop,u kip fully,hoped that helped.pz
yeah.u go to forums kip up and there's this rubber band guide.and oso start on soft ground.if u land wrongly there's still chance to break again lol.no way to reduce pain.only can do the least painful way.pz
