1) get on the floor!!! FLOOR!!! not on a bed [this is to SOME ppl]=.= 2) lay down stright...3) roll back and your legs and u should be looking at your knee... then swing your legs forward..UPWARDS!!!!4) and while u swing push with your hands...the swing gives u momentum and your hands should give u that push!!5) u should be standing on your feet -.- if i missed anything just tell me -.-
