i remember theres this site with the guy saying abt this. Its a powerful kip up to your hands: so from initial position you kip up, and the next part of your body touching the floor would be your hands. Then push back, land back to initial, and repeat.
Is it virtually possible? You need MAD strength for this. The farthest i can go is land on my upper part of my knees.
lanjiao skin is nice and juicy.

Do you even understand what he is talking about? What you said is completly wrong.
I remember when this site had a moves guide that was all yellow, it has the omega bomb in it, and the vid the guy posted of what he said it was was just a vid of a guy kipping up and doing a suicide. Not to hard if you ask me.

yea its possible if ur hella strong.
i cant do it but my friend can. what u do is do a kip up and instead of letting ur feet hit the ground, tuck up really tight and stick ur hands down and try to let them hit the ground as soon as possible. then once ur hands hit the ground (keep ur arms straight) kick your legs up as hard as u can. this will help you get enough momentum to get into a handstand.
moves i got
all variations of footwork, toprock, uprock, turtles, helicopter/coffee grinder(1 and 2 handed), skyscraper, (air)chair, planche, kip up, no handed kip up, swipes, front handspring, front tuck, 2 handed air baby, super duper L kick, 1 legged swipes, handglides, crickets, windmills (stabbed), both ways leg hops, scissor kicks, back handsprings/back tucks, flash kicks, double legs, fulls, double fulls, front fulls, kick fulls, pretty much any crazy tumbling pass, and wallflips.

I could have sworn that an Omega bomb was when you did a kip up and missed your feet and hands and landed flat on your back in a suicide! Thats what I was taught anyways. I could never do it but i did see someone so it is possible!
