how long should it take to master the kip up, with hands? nd without?

its not really how much time it takes .. its more of how much u practice it and if your duing it right.... it only took me about a week to be able to to them both consistently.. but i put alot of practice time into it.. so the more u practice it, the sooner you'll get it

yeah i agree but kip-ups with hands are ALOT easier.....no-hand actually required abit of technique

yeah it does and you need to kick you legs harder cause you dont got your arms to help you out
