ok im trying to do rubber bands, and i got a question. is your back and head suppose to smash into the ground? i can do kip up flawless, now i want to know how to do rubber bands.

I learned rubberband by reading a guide telling me to try it in my bed before trying it on the floor. It really helps becouse i¨t´s not very scary to do it in your bed it it´s all about daring. Once you dare to do it on the floor like you do it in your bed, you will be able to do it.

i can do it on the bed its soo easy cuz it springs you back up and you dont hav to kip up hard. but wen u do a rubber band does your back and head smash into the ground? or r do you jus land on your hands?

Actually I do exactly like I do on the bed. I land on my hand frist and then my upper shoulderblades.

Yeah, your hands go down first to stop yourself from hittin the ground too hard.
