kik upz kan be a pain in the ass or a lifesaver when u skrew up......hehe
first lay on ur back put ur hands at the side of ur head ready to push off when u kik. then stretch ur legs bak so ur knee is like at ur head or u kan bend ur legs and stretch them then snap them in a 40-45 degree angle and AT THE SAME TIME push off with ur hands as hard as possible then land ur legs apart from each other and try to lift urself up (if u kant juss stab the ground with one hand afta uve snapped ur legs but make shure noonez lookin

) i reccomend practicin on ur bed until its effortless then try on the grass and ull be suprised kuz its different than ur bed so practice until u get it rite then practice on every diff. kind of surface until its effortless then uve got it down...dont be mad if it dont work took me almost 2-3 monthz get thing look like sumtin good
