So ive gotten pretty much any way to kip up except 360 and 180. I practiced for 10 tries tonight, and i can get 90 degreez. anyone at all, who thinks they might know how it works, how would you get a 360? any recomendations at all would be helpful, if i get it ill send every1 a video. (i almost got 180 btw, but i couldnt even dream of 360)

If you've seen Nivrams kip up video, you'll see how he pulls off a 360, basically you do the spin in the air and come around on your shoulder blade, almost like a coindrop and roll back into a lying position.

nivram does weaker kips
i got 180s down
i meant a true kipup, from ground to standing.
i can land in a standing positon 180degreez from where i started. what i mean is, 360 spin in the air and land standing.

I can do a true 180 Kip-up now but i just did a few of my variations in that vid still working on 360!
