windmill kip ups. HELP ME PLEAAAAAAASSSSSEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!Please send a reply for me. At least send me some tips. I know you start out in a windmill and glide and push up but I always land on my stomach.Can you please help me please. Thanks

u mean wen after u hav done the roll on ur back bit how do u get back into the baby freeze position coz im having trouble with that too

what i mean by windmill kip up is where you start off with a windmill, go straight up, and land on your feet
