How to do a Pike? -

I havent learned any new moves in a while so I decided to learn how to do a pike. However, I have NO idea how to even get into one, let alone hold it. Any help?

I'll just start off by saying the majority rappers today have no intention of supporting hip-hop culture. If you don't support the culture, then you aren't really hip-hop.

you need to get the feeling down of turning your hips when you are in the air. the first thing you do if you handstand is look away from the ground to the side, and turn your chest and hips the same way too. i learned from those guides that are stickied they explain it pretty well.
