You're not sh*t....everybody starts off somewhere. Just keep practicing. What I did was learn L kicks first. Do an L kick, then twist your hips up more and more each time, and bring my legs together. How long have you been practicing anyway?

yo... sum1datbboys... u kno what u should do? add another way of doing pikes. Using your fingertips for support and then pushing up into a pike. Thats how i learned it. Makes it easier to learn too. |
