do you have to turn your hips when ya goin' to a nike or L kick? cause when i do nike or L kick, i dont really turn my hips, but it like goin' ta handstand, i just kick out my leg.

Yea, real good! I started on my Nike, worked exactly how it did in the guide! xD

OK! IN 8 MONTHS, I've learned:
Windmill, Airbaby, Planche, Flag, Valdez, Handspring, Headspring, Kip-Up, Turtle, etc xD Moves I need to release: Chair, Airchair, 1990, 2000, Rubberbands, Back Handspring, Side Glide, Cricket, Elbow Spin, etc |

Do you need flexibility? What excersises should I do?
How long did it take you to get that improved Nike and how long can you hold it? Also what do you mean twist your hips slightly |
