well a lil flexibity could help and u really dont need to work on one handed handstands. i can hold my nikes 4 like 10seconds and i hav the worst balance ever. i kno wat im doin is wrong but i rely on the momentum from kicking

u can hold ur nikes for 10 seconds?? O_o

Its just twisting ur hips so your legs can kick up. Read the guide again and watch the video.

I made this guide when I first got Nikes/L kicks. I'm much better at them now, so do you guys think that I should make a better video guide? I'll make it more detailed.

but one question when i turn my hips i always fall cuz i lose my balance with one hand XD is there any way to not do that????

You just need to get used to turning your hips. That comes with more practice. How long have you been practicing it for?

but i have one guestion

how the heck do other hold it for so long??

i can do the nike

but i can only hold it for like 3 to 4 seconds

what do i do to hold it longer??

practice more?

strengthin my arms??

just practice.practice.practice.thats all you need.keep b-boyin that shiet!

no...with finding your sense of balance...and they might b doing one handed handstand instead of L kick/nike...tehy are the different things..

3 to 4 seconds is already pretty good better than me anyway Since you can hold it that long, you don't need any extra arm strength. If you really want to hold it longer I guess you just need to practice it more. But like I said, 3 to 4 seconds is enough for Nikes

You are never going to do a freeze longer than 3-4seconds in a battle so you dont really need it that long, just concentrate on other, more useful, things. Kudos to those who can hold it longer though.
