Well I guess this would help ima practice tomorrow.Do I need a lot of flexibility to touch my legs?And is there any tip on holding 1 handed handstands longer?

u need at least some flexibility in your hamstrings to touch you legs and i can't help you with the 1 handed handstands......i can't hold them :P

quick question, when your left hand goes to the ground is your left elbow locked as well? If so, does this matter?

for longer holding practice actually u should try different positions of where u put ur hand during ur nike. U DONT need to grap the outside leg all the time haha. and to make it longer doesnt really require one handed hand stand its depends on how much u practice. But also uve gotta learn to kinda have ur hips centered so u dont lose balance as quickly this will make it a good 2 seconds if u can get that part

ford16, thanx for the comment! and fishyfishy2k, you're absolutely right all it takes to do this move is practice and good technique/form. wow i still can't believe that this guide is actually helpful to you ppl :P hey its almost been exactly one year since i wrote this hehe. i posted this on 6/30/06, and its 6/24/06 today! :P:P:P
