I got L-kicks but I bend my rigth knee and I can almost my neck with my other leg does it still and L-kick?

You can almost what with your neck with your other leg? does it still and I-kick? i dont get what you mean.
If your leg is bent it doesn't really matter too much it just mean that your form is bad and you need to stretch. |
