m mmm pikes aren hard to see the progress.but are really hard to master, start form the floor and kick your legs up but make sur eyou are turning and nto facing you knees the further away you face the better , tehn you just got to practice once you can hold it fro abut 3 second
go into hand stand turn you legs and your whole body will turn to.the secret when dooing it this way is to bring your knees to you rshoulders and lean back
