Ok, im 6' tall and i find it very hard to keep my balance while doing an L kick. I see that on almost all the guides the hold themselves up with their right hand. I have tried that and i have not been able to balance on my right hand. So I start and hold myself with my left hand. I throw my body onto my left hand but when i go for the leg movements i cnat keep my legs strait, or my body bends. Look at my pic and youll see just what i meen. Somebody please help me!!!!

do a handstand on a wall and ull get balance. Ive never tried it but it should work ok.
