balance for an l kick eh..?
well ermm try to start the lkick different ways and you may be able to hold it longer.
for example, you can go to handstand kick ur left foot "foward" (in front of u) and stretch the right leg back and put the left arm on ur head...sum place other den da ground.
OR
u can do it the "one handed carthweel" way which is not like a one handed carthweel but many asses (like me) think it loox like one so ill call it dat.
mostly all about practice. and finding ur point of balance
