I'm practising about 1 month windmill,
but i can do just one flip i can't continue!
I'm gonna kill my self...
Just stupid windmill's!
Please help!

Post this in the windmill forum, along with a detailed description of your problem. Saying that you can only get one 'flip' is flooding the boards. The windmill is not a flip. Post in the correct forum.

anyways: youre starting from handglide position right? When you make 1 "flip" (rotation, you shuld try to be spinning) try ressetting to the handglide position and start again without touching your feet to the ground. As you do it more often you should get more competent, quicker, and eventually not need your hand down.

Always remember to kick tho or you wont be going anywhere. Peace
