Its a nike but u bring ur legs and reach over ur shins and grab the leg. Any tips if u know wat it is appreciate it

sry i didnt describe it very well. u do a nike but bring ur legs in so ur like in a tuck and reach over with ur other hand over ur shins and grab ur leg/foot wateva
