ok first things first. does ne one here even know what they are? cuz ive been in martial arts for 11 years and been doing them . they are not considered flipping cuz you dont have to go upside down. ive seen some pretty sick people doing them with a gyro after it and was wondering if ne one had some tips on adding the gyro.
(in martial arts a gyro is known as adding an extra spin before or after on your head axis, head axis is rotating like a ballerina, and arm axis is rotating like back\front flip, and body axis is like cartwheels\ariels)

540 double heel stomp... i've never heard of that before, but it sounds like a double leg. like a 540 with your legs together right? your legs swing over your body, you can jump over all sorts of shit with this. i wanna learn it.

that exactly what it is. i just used the actual name in case no one knew what a double leg was. its easy as hell man. have you ever done a jump spinning hook kick?, if you can do that start leaning back on your take off right away. using torso torque to bring your legs around. your legs dont do the wip, they do the pushing. you can start with a biol, which is throwing your knees to your chest instead of extending them straight. hopefully that can help ya. ive got a pick of it. but i cant get it to post for some reason.

well it is one of its names. the reason i put 540 in front of it was because the version im talking about is doing the move, but you also rotate 540 degrees if you were looking straight down from above. in the original one, the capoeira one, you only go 180-360, im twisting it more. but with a bio, (your knees tucked in) there is a version where you go 180-360 called a fohla secca or gainer side flip. pretty rad shyt.

and oh yeah. with your double heel stomp\double legged, its easy to learn when you practice going over stuff, like a big garbage can height, and then when you are confident of going over layed back at that height, you get rid of the can and start doing it off shyt, like picnic tables,cars,walls,balconies. have fun. u only live once!
