OK im not 100% sure but I think a V kick is when you do a air freeze and both your feet are pointing (more or less) straight up into the air in a V shape and your body is facing up too and its like about horizontal to the ground (more or less). Am I right? If so can anyone give me some tips on doing this because I can only go up and straight back down again.

I cant hold it for even 1/100th of a second. Two handed I can hold them for like a second but I think im doing them wrong because im just doing it all muscle I think I have the form all wrong... I think a guide would help a lot but anyone got any advice?
