if you can handstand for 3 seconds, thats good 2 go. this is how i learned it: get SLOWLY into a handstand and if your body is almost vertical twist your hips to the side like your tryin to kick somebody who is standing in front of you. at the same time let go of your other hand.

it looksl ike your trying to run/dive into it. just lean down and plant your hand, kick your legs up, try to get as vertical as u can, then start doing stuff with your legs. and you start getting comfortable with it,

Your running into it, and your momentum is making you fall forward. Don't RUN.

1. @krniceguy :O Where in Georgia do you live?
2. um. anyways, first thing. Don't jump in. 2nd thing, try to grab your foot. Helps get balance and that's how its suppose to be done anyways 3rd thing. By the way you're doing your nike, you're can't hold your handstand for over 3 seconds. 4th thing, twist your hips. |
