I don't like the idea. And when you start a breakdancing school, then do it right, I think you should also teach the history of b-boying, not only learn moves and dance to the rythm. Btw, I think the discription of the 6-step is wack 'swing your legs around'.

Yes! Someone who uses the term "poser" on hiphop lmfao! I wish hiphop would stay underground, but thanx to mainstream rappers and clothing lines and music videos.....the only thing that can stay underground are tribal gear and entitiy apparel hahahaha If anything, bboying or wat MTV calls "break dance" is the 1 of the most underground forms of dance, you can thank hiphop choreography, crip walkin and krump for hogging the spotlight....only place I see bboys in TV mainly now is on the bridge on the AZN network...hot stuff ![]() |

mebe the ppl who join the 'break dancing' school will realize there's more to
it than just putting on a wristband and doing flares on ur first day. cannt really blame ppl for wantin to show off.........i say the posers will quit when they see u get hurt and its a lot of work |

I will totally agree with VP, i got into bboying because i just knew that it was a big part of my life. It has to stay the way it is, because ppl will screw it up if they don't do it right. and about the physical fitness thing, i'm sure i'm fit enough i do track in school and did karate for 5 yrs. so that should be a good background. but doesn't dancing itself make you stronger since there is so much intensity in it?
oh yah i forgot to say, my 1st post. i'm in Chitown any1 in Chitown here? |

I cringed everytime I heard the word "breakdance" and I cringed everytime I heard the word "handstand" and the word "physically fit". This is wack man, "ur not supposed to watch videos to learn" blah blah blah, wat about that circle of fire dude, wen he first started he was only watching that beat street battle and then he and his friend would practice. And lifting weights? lol, its easier to develop the necessary strength by doing the move.
