Sorry for not answering questions, I've been gone for ages (Almost literally)
Yes you jump in the "Squares" with both feet together as fast as you can without messing up. UPDATE : Added Death Jester's informative snippet. Thanks. |

Some people are like slinkies. Utterly useless, but rather entertaining to watch when pushed down a flight of stairs.

No sorry I don't have a guide for that but try searching around. One thing I can suggest are clapping push-ups, handstand push-ups against the wall, and just plain 'ole practicing the moves over and over will strengthen muscles.
Hope that helps. |

Well my video camera is broken but I can try to explain in detail
Bicycle You're going to lie on your back bring your knees up and bend them so they're above your body Now bend you arms so your elbows are across from your knees bring your left knee towards your face and bring your right elbow and touch your left knee Now switch and bring your right knee towards your face and your left elbow to touch your right knee. Keep switching and go faster each time and then hold a constant speed for like 30 seconds or so. Superman Lie flat on your stomach, arms spread, and legs spread but not too far Raise your head and bring your arms and legs up so you're just pretty much supported only by your midsection Hold that position for 3 seconds and go down again Then repeat the process every 5 seconds or so. Hope that helps. |

[quote=Death Jester;988472]Not all of those are plyometrics, right? I don't think crunches are.
Okay, lemme see if I can help add to this guide. ![]() A plyometric I learned in basketball which you can add to your guide was what we called burpies. You basically do this: 1. go down in pushup position 2. do one FAST push up 3. jump your legs in so you're now squatting 4. jump fast and throw your arms high into the air, reach as high as you can 5. land back in a squat, kick legs back out into pushup position 6. rinse and repeat. QUOTE] You know these are called Squat thrust right? |

And after all that I aint QUIT and thats how I know that I am the S**T!

They're also called burpies, we used to do them in gym class.
Nice guide btw. I don't know much about plyometrics. Are they meant for someone who has already developed the muscles you specified, someone who needs more muscle development or everyone? |
