Pretty good guide very useful for unflexible people.
I have some questons though.
When I kick high my form is pretty bad I hunch over and I barely stretch the muscles targeted, how do I improve my form?
Also can you kick your leg over your head? Like bboy rubberlegz, law, and I think lilou can do it. If you can, do you have any stretches for that?

oh well,i can do that,but not kick,cuz i will break my neck if i do that oh well,u nd to b EXTREME FLEXIBLE but there is no training,the only training u nd to to do that itself...too bad!there are no other stretches that helps...

In response to a few posts up...
There are indeed some stretches that help, I was just asking if you knew more. One is getting someone to pull your leg downward, to behind the shoulders..or to the back-but thats some crazy bboy rubberlegz stuff. Anothe is doing really bent legged splits so that the side of your knees and feet touch the floor. Then assuming your doing the stretch for the right leg you stick you right shoulder on the inside of your front leg. Sorry for the bad description.

How long should I hold each position? I bend down to the point where I can feel a stretch in my leg muscles. How often should I do these?

yeah,u should feel strain on ur muscles...try to strain as much as u can,but not to strain too much...stiff ppl should train them only for 20 secs...flexible ppl(lyk me ,which is trueXD)can train all the stretch till even 20 mins!and i m not jking,i once tried that!but my thigh went numb that i can only mvoe them with my hand,ROFL!!!
