thnx so much for your efforts here,
i was just wondering about your own progression with the planches. just wondering if youve completed the planche progressions yourself, and if so roughly how long did it take? x |

I can do full planche pushups. You shouldnt waste time with the tucked planche freezes, just do the wall planches and hold them. You will advance faster, and you will get stronger faster. And it takes a while to get them down.

I don't suggest doing the contrast baths.... they can give Arthritis......better heal naturally then forced...

also if you have any history of lower back/ have lower back pain, do not do dead lifts ever! Use these exercises instead

dead lifts are one of the best exercises you can do for your back
much of lower back pain is from having a weak back, and if you dead with correct form your back will become stronger and you'll ultimately be in less pain. |

well from my knowledge with bodybuilding and sports conditioning interest with it for 5 years.i think if you're after improvement with your bboying..doing weights is not essential..body weighted exercise will be more beneficial..

good guide but I believe that bodyweight training ( Syrenz Bboy Workout) is more effective than weight training in bboying

Yes, it is haha. Obviously because you throw around your body in bboying.
Nobody goes around throwing a 500 pound bench press: 1. Because it would be hard. 2. It would hurt. But still it would be f***ing amazing. |
