I will add this in here....

I have been a fitness buff for about a year now (studying it, diet, eating plans, etc.), and the biggest secret to getting a 6-pack is what you eat. The saying goes like this..."You make your abs in the kitchen."

Sometimes what happens though is when people try to eat healthy, they end up not eating enough calories that their body needs to function. When this happens, their bodies go into "starvation mode." This means the body thinks it is being attacked and will store the fat from foods and will refuse to burn it, no matter how much you work out. This also slows down your metabolism, resulting in more fat storage.

When you are exercising and dancing, you need to make sure that you are eating enough throughout the day, or else you will make no progress on your abs.

Quick Question;

I read on this site that the 3 best ab exercises are : Dragon Flags, Ab Rollouts (Evil Wheels), and Hanging Leg Raises.

http://www.unique-bodyweight-exercis...agon-flag.html

And I saw someone post a comment about Dragon Flags that they are mainly use to impress, not as hard as any of those 2 exercises. Is that true? They look really hard to me
