for me 8 pec would look nicer, that's one reason, and it's the higher level of definition compared to 6.that's 2 reasons.also, people just think that having 8 is better than having 6.total of 3 reasons.our thought may differ

Vin Diesel and the Internet - relation? I THINK SO
Vin Diesel invented the internet while trying to steal cable TV. Contrary to popular belief, it was in fact Vin Diesel who invented the internet. Al Gore stole the designs when Vin fell asleep at his keyboard. http://www.4q.cc/vin/index.php |

Of course the 8 pack.
The first 6 packs below your chest are easy to get. It just requires dedication and time to get them nicely defined. However, the very bottom ones are the hardest to get. No joke, REALLY REALLY hard to get. because the regular sit-up and crunches don't concentrate in that area. You'd have to do, maybe, leg raises on your back with weights on your legs. But I don't even know if that'll work. You never utilize that muscle through breathing during crunches and sit-ups, and that's why you can't see it, and it's hard. You're lucky you've got an 8 pack. Use them nicely. |

Having an 8 pack and seeing an 8 pack are two totally different things. I have an 8 pack, with the top 4 clearly defined, but I'm still trying to run more to get rid of excess gut fat to show the others lol. But no, if you can get the bar and boots for inverted situps, those work very well for abs.

Too true Muro, but the ladies love it, so it's def worth it
But yeah, having abs helps with balance cause it's your body's 'core'. Anyways, the inverted situps (same schedule as you would any other situp) will help a lot, if that's what you are aimin for. |

i used to have a 14 pack last year when i was in 9th grade. i never run anymore i guess. i had an 8 pack + 3 obliques on each side. 8+6+6=14? now my bottom abs are gone, and i only have 2 obliques on each side. 6+2+2=10 =[

everyone is frekin born with a 8 pack, wait, i think a 6 pack, but anyways, its just the fat that is covering the muscles so you cant see them, u never see a guy with a bear belly having a six pack because all his fat is covering it. not everyone will have such defined abs but we all have em. and to answer this question
im outt |
